How do I book on Citauno?
Search a business or service, open its profile, pick location, services, professional and time. Confirm with your account or Google session and you're set.
Can I book without creating an account?
You need a minimal account (email + password, or Google) so the business can identify you and you can manage your booking. It's free and quick.
How much does it cost to use Citauno?
For clients it's free. You only pay what the business charges.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from your account you can cancel as long as the cancellation window each business defines hasn't passed.
How do I receive reminders?
We send an email reminder 24h before and another 3h before. If you provided your WhatsApp, we'll also notify there.
How do I know if a business is trustworthy?
Look at verified reviews (only clients with a completed appointment can leave them), location photos and time on the platform.
Does my booking show in Google Calendar?
Yes, you can download the .ics file from your booking and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
